Aspiring actress Lucy’s life is crippled by intense migraines. Taking painkillers provided by her housemate, Lucy’s headaches develop into terrifying visions of friends and strangers killing her. When her ghostly inner self follows her into the real world, Lucy tries to fight it but endures an endless cycle of murders, every time waking up seconds later.
