Diane Shorthouse is a producer and line producer with over three decades of experience delivering premium film and television at scale.

She began her career working for the family of Stanley Kubrick, an experience that shaped her disciplined, story-first approach to production. Rising through the ranks from stand-in to senior production leadership, Diane has built a reputation for executing complex, ambitious projects with precision.

Diane previously worked in development at Raw TV and later served as Head of Production at Vertigo Films, overseeing multiple drama productions across location and studio environments.

In 2014, she co-founded Evolutionary Films, where she oversees production, operations and finance across the company’s slate. Her guiding principle remains constant: protect the creative vision and build the production framework that makes it possible.
